Normally when I make tilapia, I serve it with brown rice and steamed vegetables and call it a day. This time I decided to kick it up a notch with this recipe for tilapia taco bowls by The Chunky Chef.
Essentially the same recipe, in a bowl, with lots of goodies mixed in. The best part? Simply grill the tilapia then add the beans, tomatoes and corn to the same pan. Chop, chop, chop and you’re all set. Server over brown rice and call it a delicious day.
